Home Cutting Board

This cutting board came from the idea that some places matter more than others.

It’s made from solid acacia wood, so every board has its own grain and color variation. That’s part of what I like about it. No two are exactly the same, just like the homes they represent.

The design includes the word “HOME,” the coordinates of a specific location, and the city and state underneath. For some people, that’s the first house they bought. For others, it’s the place they raised their family, or the one they’re just starting out in. However it’s used, it tends to mean something personal.

The board works well for everyday kitchen use, but a lot of people also keep it out on the counter or use it as a serving piece. It’s meant to be useful, not delicate.

There’s also an option to add a small personalization on the edge of the board, like a name and phone number. That’s popular for closing gifts or housewarming gifts, especially when you want the personalization to be there but not front and center.

Each board is engraved and finished by hand, and made one at a time.
