We do our best to keep our inventory and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders if something isn’t right (for example, a pricing glitch or material shortage).

3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information so we can fulfill it correctly.

4. Custom & Personalized Items
Because every custom order is made especially for you, once production begins, cancellations or returns aren’t possible.
We encourage you to review your proof carefully before approval—names, dates, spellings, and layout—so your finished piece turns out exactly as you envisioned.

5. Shipping
We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Orders typically ship within 10 business days after proof approval unless otherwise stated.
Once an order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.
We’ll send tracking details so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

6. Intellectual Property
